This policy covers data you voluntarily submit through AGAT’s contact form. The website does not use advertising trackers and does not accept files.
Who is responsible
The controller for enquiries is AGAT.VISION, represented by founder Volodymyr Slepchenko. Privacy contact: support@agat.vision.
What we receive
Request type, name, email, optional organisation, message, form language and technical abuse-prevention signals. We do not request or accept attachments.
Why we use it
To respond, assess potential cooperation, prepare for technical or tender dialogue, and protect the form from spam and attacks.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and, where the request concerns potential cooperation, steps before entering an arrangement. Processing follows Ukraine’s personal-data law and, where applicable, GDPR principles.
Where and for how long
The message reaches a protected mailbox and may be processed by infrastructure and mail-delivery providers. Working enquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months after contact ends unless law or an active arrangement requires otherwise. Technical spam limits contain no message text and expire automatically.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised AGAT participants and providers needed to host the site, protect the form and deliver the message.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdraw consent. Contact the privacy address; we may verify your identity before acting on the request.
Do not send secrets
This form is for first contact. Do not include passwords, keys, payment details, restricted information or technical material that should not travel through ordinary email.
